Why I Quit My Previous Business To Trade Forex
Over the years I have tried many businesses and had finally found one that was working extremely well. I was investing in real estate using creative techniques I had learned from a number of real estate gurus. The system was working like clockwork and all I had to do was send out a marketing campaign, take phone calls, make appointments and then meet to sign papers. I had bought many nice homes without using any of my own money or financing. The reason that it actually works is because I was providing a legitimate service to both buyers and sellers in a way that real estate agents had no idea even existed. Some of these homes generated net profits of $40,000 to $70,000 within 1 to 2 years. And I had found that it was possible to do 2 such deals per month without hiring assistance.
Unfortunately, there were two main challenges that caused me to consider a new business. One was that I heard from a reliable source that the market was headed for a turn and that prediction turned out to be right. The methods I was using would not work in a down market although other methods might. The second was that the real estate business created a tremendous amount of stress that is usually not discussed in the seminars and infomercials. I will not go into the endless obstacles that each transaction presented but trust me, there are serious challenges in that business.
One day one of my associates in the investment community told me about his experiences in trading in the Forex market. When I discovered how this business works I stayed awake at night considering all the possiblities for how my life could be different if I was able to successfully learn to trade Forex. One of the first things I realized was that I could live virtually anywhere in the world or travel. I would not need to convince anyone to buy anything and would not even have a product to sell. There are no customers or clients. It is just me and the market which I access through a laptop computer wherever I happen to be.
Needless to say this was a dream come true for me and I have never looked back. My friends and family have noticed how much more relaxed and happy I am. And of course, the profits in this business are quite amazing as well. Although Forex trading may not be for everyone, for some of us it is definitely the ultimate ideal business.
